Clinical Magnet is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our partner's full-time team in the Northeastern (Coastal), Virginia area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Key Responsibilities for the Speech Language Pathologist:

Provide speech therapy services to patients, working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Conduct assessments and build individualized plans, working with patients on motor functions, balance, and hearing

Key Requirements for the Speech Language Pathologist

0-2 years of experience as an SLP
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is ideal
Experience working with senior populations and families/caregivers
Knowledge and experience conducting evaluations and treatment plans to help with speech, language, and motor functions
Current and Valid SLP Licensure (or eligible)
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

Compensation and Schedule for the Speech Language Pathologist:

Target salary is $80,000-$95,000, dependent on experience
